Sometimes we need support from a person who truly understands - just as elite athletes have coaches to support them to achieve their best. When working full time, we are spending at least a third of our lives at work - sometimes much more. It's usually where we have the most interaction with other people, we feel a strong sense of responsibility to do the best job we can and it is also deeply important to us as the source of our livelihoods. If it's not a good place, it has an enormous impact on our lives. Sometimes it can feel more like Game of Thrones than a professional workplace. Stressful work situations could be difficulty with co-workers, a difficult situation that is happening, the type of work you're doing or anything else that is going on for you. After a couple of decades working at a senior level in human resources, there isn't much that we haven't seen. "It's difficult to be happy in life if you're unhappy at work" - Jessica Power You may have sought help from people before, the difference we can offer is that not only can we work through the practicalities of your situation and come up with a plan, we will back it up with hypnotherapy to allow you to unwind the stress you're carrying and put you in charge of how you react from now on. It will usually take 3-5 sessions to unpack all that is going on for you and work on each of the areas that needs to be addressed. Initial 90-minute session: $295 Subsequent 60-minute sessions: $225
