Some habits help us and some habits harm us and sometimes we need help to break them. It's a horribly disempowering feeling when we give in to habits that we know aren't good for us, that we feel make us do something that we don't even actually want to do. A habit of any type is often a coping strategy that we adopted at a certain time. Unfortunately harmful or undesirable habits always outstay their welcome, well beyond any benefit they once provided. This treatment will address not only the habitual behaviour, but we will also address the underlying issues to be sure that it lasts and that you don't exchange one troubling habit for another. We recommend having 3-4 weekly sessions to start with and then adding more sessions over the following months as required to reinforce and deeply embed the new ways of operating. Initial 90-minute session: $295 Subsequent 60-minute sessions: $225
